COVID-19 Precautions
UCSF Health Awards will be implementing a series of protocols and onsite precautions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. UCSF Health Awards is following the current guidelines of the City of San Francisco and UCSF.
UCSF Health Awards COVID-19 Policies
Everyone who plans to join us in person:
1. Must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated when you check-in at both Mission Bay Conference Center and Gott’s Roadside.
A person is considered fully vaccinated:
- Domestic - 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen) vaccine
- International - this guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization (i.e., AstraZeneca/Oxford, Covishield, Sinopharm, and Sinovac) - 2 weeks after final dose. The full list of vaccines with final WHO EUL/PQ evaluation status is available here.
Options for verification include:
- Original physical vaccination card photograph of your vaccination card. Photograph must show your name.
- Vaccination validation apps such as CommonPass, Clear, and VaxYes are also accepted.
2. Must provide proof of a verified negative COVID test within the last 24 hours. PCR or antigen test is acceptable. At home self-tests that do not provide verification will not be accepted.
We will have a limited number of tests on site. Please make sure you plan accordingly in case you need to take one.
3. Must wear a mask at all times unless eating/drinking.
No exceptions will be made. If you are unable to meet any of the above criteria, please register to join us online via Zoom.
